I participated in the free walking tour in London. The guide was fantastic, super knowledgeable, and the whole experience was just great. You tip according to how you felt about it, so it’s really up to you. It's a brilliant idea and I’d definitely suggest it to anyone.

This tour company is just terrible. It took them more than a month to get back to my inquiry. Yet, they were super fast to reach out when the tour got cancelled because they didn't have enough people signed up. I replied asking if there were any other dates or times I could hop on, but no reply came. Their communication is just appalling!!

David hailing from Australia provided us with an awesome experience regarding the JK Rowling guide. He made our time super interesting by sharing insights about the author and some cool history of Edinburg. Much appreciated!

We took a complimentary tour of Brussels led by Fraser, and honestly, it was the most enjoyable tour we've ever experienced. He was packed with humor and knowledge, eager to share the top spots based on what we felt like doing. One of his suggestions turned out to be one of our favorite meals. Fraser really helped us connect with this stunning city while making the learning process super fun. The tour went on for 3 hours, but we couldn't have asked for a better time. Seriously, don’t think twice about booking a tour with Fraser; he made our day unforgettable! (And we’ve been on about 5 other city tours… never bothered to leave a review before.) He’s just that awesome!

We signed up for a complimentary guided walking tour in Jerusalem and got an email confirmation. Unfortunately, the guide didn’t arrive. It would’ve been nice to get a heads-up about the cancellation via email so we could adjust our plans for the day. We’re all for the idea, but the follow-through was lacking.

During my trip across Europe, I experienced both complimentary and paid walking tours. The tour guides were simply amazing. I particularly remember the ones in Berlin and Prague, both of whom spoke Spanish (if memory serves, the guy in Berlin hailed from Argentina and the gal in Prague was from Mexico). You could see their passion for what they do. I had a blast with the vibe of the free walking tours. I wholeheartedly suggest checking out Sandemans.

Absolutely terrible! Our tour guide never arrived! We got ripped off! My experience with this company was just plain bad. We had arranged a tour in Edinburgh and even settled the payment upfront to ensure everything was set. On the day we were meant to meet our guide for a lovely tour around Edinburgh, it felt like we were robbed. They totally scammed us. It's just not right. We forked out cash for this tour and the guide, but nobody showed up. Not a single tour guide appeared, despite having already paid. This is just unacceptable service. After waiting with no sign of anyone, we attempted to reach out to both the guide and the company - but no one picked up.

They never arrived, which is super annoying.

I had a truly awful time since the dumb guide never arrived, and we couldn't get in touch with the company. I definitely wouldn't suggest this to anyone. Don't throw your cash away on this; it's just not worth it. Wishing you a great day!
